On the occasion of President Emmanuel Macron's state visit to Belgium

The France Alumni Belgium digital platform was inaugurated on November 20, 2018, on the occasion of the state visit to Belgium by the President of the French Republic, Mr. Emmanuel Macron.

Initiated by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the France Alumni online platform is intended for former studentsalumni of the French higher education system, i.e. all those who have spent part or all of their studies in France. The worldwide Francealumni.fr site currently boasts almost 200,000 registered members, and is available in 120 countries.

Designed as a professional network, the France Alumni Belgique platform enables French and foreign alumni living in Belgium toalumni living in Belgium to make contact with other alumni, consult job offers posted by partner companies and take part in exclusive events.

France Alumni Belgique is a service offered by the French Embassy in Belgium, in conjunction with Campus France (the French agency promoting higher education, mobility and the reception of students and researchers) and in partnership with the CCI France Belgique (Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

The project was developed in collaboration with 13 alumni networks in Belgium: Sciences Po, HEC, ESCP Europe, EDHEC, ESSEC, Centrale Nantes, Ponts Paris Tech, Centrale Supélec, Centrale Marseille, Centrale Lyon, Centrale Lille, ENA Alumni Association, Université de Strasbourg, Université Aix-Marseille.

France Alumni Belgique also involves companies wishing to communicate on their development and/or publish job or internship offers. Several partner companies have joined the project, including: Atos, THALYS, VEOLIA, AXA, Orange, TOTAL, Avertim, Bouygues Immobilier, Cap Gemini, Havas, Moët Hennessy, GUERLAIN.
